1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for booking and renting parking spaces provided by GoPark, including related services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings must be made via our website or partners.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices vary depending on vehicle type, duration, and specific periods (e.g., peak season).

3. Parking Conditions

  • Mandatory Keys:
    Customers must leave their car keys with GoPark upon arrival to facilitate parking management. Failure to comply may result in booking cancellation without a refund.
  • Large Vehicles:
    Vehicles such as vans, RVs, or trucks are subject to special rates. Failure to declare these will incur additional charges.

4. Shuttle Service

  • The shuttle service is included for up to 4 persons. Additional passengers will be charged €5 per person.
  • Delays or schedule changes must be communicated in advance.

5. Liability and Security

  • Vehicle Security: GoPark provides 24/7 monitoring but accepts no liability for theft or damages not caused by its fault.
  • Personal Items: Valuables must not be left in the vehicle. GoPark is not responsible for theft or loss.

6. Modification or Cancellation

  • Modifications or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. No refund will be issued for late requests.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of GoPark’s headquarters.
